      Pros

      The pay is pretty good along with the benefits. A lot of your quality of life as an employee can depend on who your boss is. I had a terrible boss until he got fired about 3 years ago. Now I have a supportive boss who helps to figure out how to get the work done.

      Cons

      A few years back, the top-level leadership kept intimating that they were going to downsize people in my line of work. That was nerve-wrecking. But then the CFO got fired, and all that gloom and doom talk seemed to suddenly end.
