Culture is toxic, specifically with senior management. Performance goals that were set did not match what the manager expectations were, very little direction if any.

Constant change, heavy focus on AI (so loss of jobs), brutal staff cuts before AI systems are in place and working, outsourcing to Poland and India for cheaper labour , very militant 4 days in office policy

The company offers pretty good benefits and I specifically work for a good team with respectful and friendly coworkers/managers.

The company is notorious for letting employees go. It’s always hanging over my head which makes working here a bit uneasy. The pay is really low compared to other companies and there are no raises for hard work. I go above and beyond receiving a great mid and end year review and still received a 1% raise this year. Felt like a slap in the face for all the hard work. Didn’t even increase enough to cover the parking for in office days in a month.

Pay is good, benefits are good, work life balance is also Good. I can say that BNY's AI Adoption is currently Leading in the FinTech Domain. Automations are being developed on Full scales.

So, either learn and Adapt yourself with the AI Trend or we'll be lost in the race of AI. It's high time to Improvise.

Work can and will get heavy at end of quarter but that it to be expected given the position. Must be in the office 3 days a week.

Changes being rapidly without thorough and thoughtful planning leaving employees frustrated, RTO changing from 3 days to 4 days in office.
