Good benefits, Bad pay - IT Security Analyst BNY Employee Review

The company is notorious for letting employees go. It’s always hanging over my head which makes working here a bit uneasy. The pay is really low compared to other companies and there are no raises for hard work. I go above and beyond receiving a great mid and end year review and still received a 1% raise this year. Felt like a slap in the face for all the hard work. Didn’t even increase enough to cover the parking for in office days in a month.
