Founded in summer 2019 (yes, we just celebrated our 6th birthday 🎂), PURESEOUL is a small yet fast-growing Korean Beauty company built on passion, hard work, and the belief that we can make a meaningful impact in the retail space. As an independent British business, we’re proud to now support over 300 team members across a wide variety of departments and skill sets. Beyond our mission of curating fantastic Korean brands, what excites us most is the opportunity to nurture and grow a team that understands the business and our products inside out. As of August 2025, every person in a leadership role (even within retail) has been promoted from within - a reflection of how much we value growth, opportunity, and the people who choose to build their careers with us.
