Following PUMA GCC’s recent NITRO™ activation, we’re putting the spotlight on the team that made it a success - our PUMA Dubai Mall crew. To kick off the running season in the Middle East, the flagship store was transformed into the ultimate home of NITRO™, creating an immersive experience that connected visitors with PUMA’s latest performance innovation. Located in one of the world’s busiest shopping destinations, the store welcomes millions of visitors each year, and the team consistently rises to the challenge. They led the activation on the ground, managing visual merchandising, the fit scanner, and the immersive treadmill tunnel, all while delivering an engaging and welcoming experience to every customer. Their ability to bring the NITRO™ story to life was key to the activation’s success. And thanks to their teamwork and passion, PUMA Dubai Mall is now the number one store worldwide in NITRO™ sales - a milestone that reflects the dedication and energy they bring every day.
Football jerseys are more than just sportswear - they’re cultural icons, symbols of identity, and timeless expressions of passion for the game. That’s why we’re proud to have launched our new Forever.Better. podcast series, “Who Gives a Shirt”, which dives into the legacy and future of football shirts. Hosted by former semi-pro footballer Jack Fowler and content creator Kimberly Cumberbatch, this five-part series brings together designers, superfans, historians, and changemakers to explore how football jerseys have shaped both the game and the world around it. Building on our Green Flags series, Who Gives a Shirt continues the conversation around sustainability in sport and fashion - highlighting PUMA’s RE:FIBRE programme, which transforms old garments and factory off-cuts into new materials. There's only one Forever... let's make it Better.

At PUMA, we believe sport connects people and we’re proud to share its power through our partnership with Boys & Girls Clubs of America and Canada. With clubs located within 10 miles of 90% of our stores, our retail teams volunteer their time to support youth in their local communities through sports, mentorship, creative workshops and in-store experiences that introduce kids to teamwork, leadership and retail skills. Whether it’s hosting shopping days with gift cards and swag bags or leading hands-on activities, these experiences highlight the meaningful impact we can make together. And with paid volunteer time for all full-time employees, giving back isn’t just encouraged at PUMA - it’s embedded in our culture. Together with Boys & Girls Clubs, we’re helping build brighter futures for the next generation.

At PUMA, we welcome everyone to the game and encourage our employees to express their true selves - because we believe that greatness begins with the courage to be yourself. This Pride Month, many of our global teams came together to celebrate what drives us forward: diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. At our HQ in Herzogenaurach, a vibrant Pride Week featured engaging activities, including a pop-up shop with our Equal Love Collection supporting a local LGBTQIA+ charity, and an inspiring panel discussion that sparked meaningful conversations. Across our global offices, teams marked the month with creativity and community - hosting panel talks, awareness events and fun activities that brought people together and celebrated the power of diversity.
Championing diversity with Top Employer Greatness begins with the courage to be yourself. We believe in creating a culture where everyone feels empowered to show up as their authentic self, both on and off the pitch. That's why we were thrilled to host the Top Employer Institute & PUMA HR People Summit 2025 at our headquarters in Herzogenaurach, welcoming companies from around the world to join us in a meaningful conversation on diversity. Industry leaders had the opportunity to share insights, strategies, and best practices on fostering inclusive workplaces. Working with Top Employer and being certified for the sixth year in a row is something we’re incredibly proud of. It was a truly special moment to host an event where we can collaborate with other HR professionals on our shared commitment to excellence in employee experience and workplace culture. Let's continue to welcome everyone to the game.
In celebration of Earth Day, we shared our newly published 2024 Sustainability Report along with a major milestone in our journey towards #ForeverBetter. In 2024, PUMA achieved its goal of making 9 out of 10 products from recycled or certified materials in 2024, a year ahead of schedule! We used 13% recycled cotton and about 75% of recycled polyester fabric in our products, with 13.9% of the polyester used in our apparel coming from our innovative textile-to-textile project, RE:FIBRE. This milestone highlights our commitment to sustainability and the incredible teamwork of our team and partners. We are committed to continuing this momentum to reduce our environmental footprint as part of our Vision2030 sustainability goals.
