With a new year comes... New EG benefits! Employee wellbeing hinges on employers supporting their lives ā both in and outside of work. Hereās some of what weāre adding in 2024: ā In addition to parental leave, we want to make the transition back to work a bit easier. New parents will be able to work part-time (while paid for full-time) for 30 days and receive their full pay immediately following their return. ā For employees who have short-term military obligations, we are providing "top-upā pay, allowing them to receive a full paycheck for 30 days of service. ā If their spouse/partner is deployed or activated for military service, we will provide 10 days of military spouse leave. ā While we hope employees donāt have to use it, we are increasing bereavement leave globally for close family to 10 days. Weāre delighted to add these elements to our industry-leading benefits package, supporting Expedians in a fulfilling career while staying healthy, happy, and well.
