One of the ways ERM employees can support the ERM Foundation is through technical pro bono work. In FY2024, the ERM Foundation distributed $600,000 between pro bono work and grant funding. One beneficiary was the Sumatran Orangutan Society – an organization working towards a safe future for wild orangutans and their forest home. Our colleague Belinda Ng is the project manager who is directly liaising with the organization and ERM stakeholders to successfully carry out the project, to which many ERM employees, including Pascual González Shuk and Rachel Woods have contributed with pro bono work. They all affirm that this has been an enriching experience, with many takeaways they can implement daily.
