      Employers are not heard They expect from the employers to be motivated to work hard in a negative environement and in exchange bad salary the lowest in the market Management is the worst I have ever seen in my life No respect for people or for their rights No transparency Favoritism HR : wondering what is their job

      If you are lucky a decent teamleader or manager can help you survive the 2 years experience required to upgrade your CV

      Cons

      Zero focus on employee or customer retention. The only function of HR is to act as an intelligence service to the CEO and any form of criticism or negative feedback towards the company inevitably leads to repurcussions. The work pressure at vidaXL is very high in exchange for very low salaries. The chance on earning a pay raise, bonus or other employment benefits is lower than the owners buying a new Porsche every week. This company is focussed on fast growth and maximazing profits only. Anything or anyone standing in the way will be destructed.

      Can't honestly think of one

      Pay is low, no break-in period: you are left to your own devices and after two (2!) weeks they are complaining to you you dont know enough and are not learning fast enough. Absolutely ridiculous way of leading a company.
