There are 3 rounds. First, they will ask you to do a skill assessment. after you pass that, you will interview with your line manager and hr.The final round would be the department head.
I had an interview with the direct manager and we just weren't a good fit. I told the recruiter that I lack some of the skills necessary for the job, but the hiring team seemed unaware of that and we're expecting a candidate who had those specific skills already (even though it was a junior position at the time)

The interview process at VidaXL consisted of only one technical round. The discussion focused mainly on automation testing concepts, JavaScript basics, API testing, and SQL queries. I was also asked scenario-based questions related to real-time testing challenges and framework understanding. The round was moderate in difficulty and focused on practical knowledge rather than theoretical questions.
