      I worked as an intern , manager never had the time to explain anything, they did not know what responsibilities to give to an intern. Very less compensation compared to other startup companies in the bay area, and then expecting to give an exceptional performance, and they hire you as a contractor which is worse.

      Can’t really speak to any pros here

      Cons

      No manager, 0 visibility, no chance of growth, super stars come in, can’t perform for some reason, then leaves. Every single person I’ve seen leave does better elsewhere.
