No work-life balance. Will have to work continuously under pressure and tight deadlines, with no space for creativity and productivity. A lot of abuse about your profession and no professionalism. No salary increment even after working for 1 year. Teammates were good, but not much support from them. Took credit for my design work and no appreciation.
