The leadership is a mess. They’re constantly changing goals and barely communicate it to the rest of the team. If the favorites know then that’s enough. The department I was in had more managers than regular employees. The favoritism was so blatant with some of the regular favorites getting more than one promotion in a single year despite not having the work product to back it up. I never trusted our vp and always felt he was only looking out for a select few and not the whole department. Also he takes more vacations than anyone other than the ceo, which is a lot.
