direct questions without much beating around the bush, made me feel welcome and had a good chance at getting position with ample opportunity for growth in future years with range to pivot positions if I wanted to as well

The first interview scheduled was missed by the hiring manager and had to be rescheduled to a later date. The hiring manager was still late out our rescheduled video interview. The camera was aimed at their fingers typing and the questions were generic. It felt as though they were following a script and not having a conversation about the position. While interviewing, the hiring manager’s phone dinged and they were answering emails or texts right in front of me. It felt very disrespectful. After detailing my experience and withdrawing my application, I did not receive an apology for the horrible interview experience.
