Cons
They have turned over half of their development team in the last six months. Company is probably going under. I was brought in to do "software development". I end up doing bug fixes and watching shaky data loading scripts run. DBA's are all offshore. UI team is offshore. You will be treated like an offshore resource. After four years they have no development process and no test or integration environments. Shaky and sparse documentation. You will be asked to make database changes on a production machine. Or work with SVN based behind a Chinese firewall that keeps everyone from checking code in during peak internet times. Requirements are rare. No regular status meetings. Ad hoc status meetings that escalate into blame storming sessions. Management has no development delivery experience and is purely reactive. Etc, etc, etc.
