The first thing is that no matter what position you are applying for most of the time you are going to work as Magento developer. Code review most of the time is checking if you follow code style not more than that. Feedback system doesn't work at all. I had good reviews but then 2 weeks later I was fired because it turned out my feedback was below average. Project was out of control because it was left for Juniors while seniors were taking vacation. And after that all Juniors were fired. Wrong branch strategy lead to most of the problems on the project but blame was on Juniors again. Most of the time you work under pressure to be fired because so many people are fired all the time. They hire a lot and they fire a lot. Maybe I was unlucky to join such project because the first team I was working with was much different. But this lead me to termination of the contract.

The job advertisement is a lie - you will not be offered the shown salary and the benefits don't exist since covid. A lot of interns don't even get paid. You might get fired out of the blue without a decent explanation for you to grow professionally. A lot of the projects are built mostly on the work of juniors who have never had a project before which makes them very low quality for the price the client has paid.
