      they have a good culture, good lower level management and staff is great always willing to help. In simple terms the people you work with is nice to work with.

      no increases below market rate salary as a employee you will be the one that will have to constantly push for your worth or else nothing will happen

      Pros

      If you had joined redpanda early on, you would have experienced an incredible time. However, at present, things have undergone some positive and negative changes, appearing as a kind of improved version of its former self. Regardless, it's still a great place for junior staff, providing plenty of chances to learn and take on more responsibilities. Just keep in mind that exposure to new technologies might not be a prominent aspect of the experience.

      Cons

      Every company inevitably deals with the presence of toxic individuals, individuals who contribute to creating a negative work environment. I view this as a widespread issue in every company, unlike the occasional occurrence of golf balls hitting a building. I think the family member headcount is at 5 now.<- take some time to think on this one. Apart from that, there are no additional cons that haven't already been discussed in previous reviews.
