Pros
-extremely quick recruitment process, although messy and not structured -fully remote work -pay was good -flexibility with vacation days -nice team -basic equipment of choice (Mac/Windows) -a variety of clients to work with
Cons
-No onboarding whatsoever-you get thrown directly into a client -Lack of team activities-sometimes you feel a bit lonely -no co-working space options given -high turnover causes suspicion as to why people are constantly hired when a new client is coming their way-team members just disappear -No development plans are in place for team members -basic contract terms-20 days holidays only (UK) -when on vacation, private logins were somehow expected to be given out to continue working & you also need to work harder before to compensate for your time off -random promotions from family members that don't make sense -no office equipment provided-you just get a laptop (no monitor etc to work safely) -you get messaged privately after hours on WhatsApp
