Pros
1. Very few companies in the B2B space. 2. Decent Salary.
Cons
1. The office infra is pretty bad. You will feel like entering an office in 1990's. The toilets/pantry don't have a basic standard. 2. Not many good people are working in the technical team at-least(maybe the whole office). Though they have started hiring good people from last 3-4 months but still long long way to go. 3. Rude people across the floor, from top to bottom. Not a good culture, the HR though tries to improve it but because of the kind of people, it persists. HR should strongly have a say and improve it. 4. Alternate Saturdays are working, and you need to mandatorily work for at-least 9 hours on a daily basis. 5. No perks or facilities for employee satisfaction. It is no where comparable to start-ups /big companies in eCommerce space. 6. The work is not much organized.
