      Good place to start in Germany but nothing beyond that.

      The company is full of politics. The management either does not have any clue or chooses to trust the worst people in the office. Technical growth opportunities are very less and everybody is constantly fighting for good projects, good work or to get themselves certifications. The employees who have good knowledge are not respected. Too many bootlickers in the same office. No job guarantee. The company always seems to have a lot of projects in the "Pipeline" but very less actually materialize.
