The Perpetual Promisor of a Directionless Ship!!
Pros
I tried a lot to put some pros but there are no good memories attached with the management and work atmosphere of this company. No matter how promising a company looks to the media or how much buzz surrounds the company’s latest product, if the value proposition and forecast are unclear, the company does not have a winning strategy.
Cons
Where to start from!! A) They capable of making you have trust issues from the amount of lies that you will hear. B) I wonder how the so called CEO sleeps at night when he destroyed so many potential in his employees C) They think they are the best of the best yet they are by far the worst of worst D) They don't have filter to their mouths they will destroy your self esteem E) You can change your whole life for the sake of the company and they will fire you in a blink of an eye and oh yes, how can I forget the threats as if they think that they have purchased us to be their slaves. Some more value added benefits of the company which you will get; 1) Lies and deceit. 2) pico-management. 3) no appreciation. 4) no loyalty. 5) no career growth. 6) will sack you without proper justification. 7) threats. It feels like that you are working at a “stagnator” which means that you’ll likely be back on the job hunt in 12 to 18 months. Remember, to stagnate is a verb that means, “to cease developing; become inactive or dull.” This is not what you want for your career.
