      The people are great, but the management sucks

      Pros

      -you meet nice people that are willing to teach and help you -remote work after the pandemic hit -mindit nomad -7card -bookster It's a good place to start your career, but as soon as you accumulate some experience get the hell out of there.

      Cons

      The management is full of non-technical persons, so the deadlines are set as fast as the client wants. You are moved from project to project, as they need to fill roles for different clients. Majority of projects are internal applications that are going to be used by a handful of users, so no challenging projects.
