Learn everything on your own.
Cons
No professionalism. You become a slave. If you ask for something you won't get it. You can't take leave. Unnecessary salary cutting without notice. Bonus won't be paid since you will be either sent out before completion of a year or he will increase probation period. Saturdays will be working endlessly unless you ask questions. But if you ask them questions, you become their enemy.
