Good Product with ability to provide lots of value to its market

Cons

Management insecure. Manage by fear, punishment. does not listen to people on ground and does not value customers. Quarterly meetings that waste time. Come out with big list of changes that never happen. at the same time management never sticks with a course of action long enough for it to be effective.
