Pros

Decent, young people to work with, with strong sense of solidarity. Exposure to signal processing and robotics technology and high end software development techniques. Also the office is easily accessible by metro. Always hiring.

Cons

Sadly, they are doing less and less RnD and more and more legacy systems support. The way that it has come to be is just sad. An aggressive, bureaucratic management with zero engineering mindset or knowledge, insane travelling demands and very low salaries compared to the market vs. the skills that are required to do the job. The future doesn't look bright.

Pros

The daily job experience is very good in general. The team spirit and the interaction I had with other colleagues (developers and engineers) was very pleasant and productive. There have been always something important to do and new staff to learn. This is a small company that is project-oriented. They have as their clients almost all automotive companies. Meaning that there are periods of time with high pressure. There are (still) some really good senior developer, engineers and team leaders that try their best to make things better.

Cons

However, the management and HR are clueless their job is to monitor how many milliseconds you stayed in the building every day... They will never ask for your feedback and if you have you will probably get ignored. There is a "family-like" caste in the upper levels of management that you do not want to mess with. If you are a bad boy you will get a lawsuit from their lawyer. Also with their "new" contracts they shift the risk management to their employees by stating that they are obliged to pay only the minimum wage! The rest of the agreed wage is paid based on their free will. So, you will have to trust them but not the other way around.. you are expendable after all. Personally, I would prefer to start my own business. In my opinion the future of the company depends on the courage and patience of the employees mentioned above. I hope I will prove wrong, but I think it is a matter of time before they leave.
