The CEO acts as a CTO in cases where he wants to look smart, but don't expect him to answer a single technical question: all the technical terms that he once googled have long been mixed up in his head. He better likes to send voice messages in Whatsapp with some of his questionable ideas after the end of the working day. So usually, you have to finish a highly complicated task with no help or even a detailed description and within such a short deadline that looks like a complete joke.
