Pros

The pros are basically non-existent for an experienced developer, but if you're a fresh grad out of some "Yet another deceptive online course which will make you a software engineer in a month! (only available now for 999.99$)" online course... well, you can start your career here since the CEO loves to fire people so much that HR's are sending offers literally to everyone atleast to keep the balance.

Cons

Now, let me break down the headline of this review. How to get burned out: What do you expect after getting hired as a machine learning engineer? Smooth onboarding process and gradual introduction to tasks with no stress at all? It's not about innoscripta GmbH because the CEO believes that half a day is enough for onboarding and you're ready for his tasks without clear formulation after that. You are thrown into an ocean of incomprehensible tasks in which there is no documentation, and people who knew something about this have already been fired. The CEO acts as a CTO in cases where he wants to look smart, but don't expect him to answer a single technical question: all the technical terms that he once googled have long been mixed up in his head. He better likes to send voice messages in Whatsapp with some of his questionable ideas after the end of the working day. So usually, you have to finish a highly complicated task with no help or even a detailed description and within such a short deadline that looks like a complete joke. This leads to a huge amount of stress and massive non-paid over hours, and therefore to getting burned out. How to get fired: What do you consider a solid reason to get fired? Or atleast to get threatened firing? Well, whatever you came up with is not even close to what the CEO has in his mind. Did not finish a difficult task in a week? Here's your first warning and a free ticket to... a frontend development! Yes, don't be surprised, even if you're hired as an ML Engineer, you still should do fine on every role the CEO puts you on. Oh, you suck at JS/React?... Well, it's your final warning! Actually, nevermind, you're fired. Had even a slight argue with the CEO? You're fired. You forgot to make a daily report in one of a dozen of your tasks? Well, seems like you're wasting his money doing nothing, you're fired. A person who I worked with got fired because of a failure with the task of making innoscripta's rating here, on Glassdoor, better. Even though HR's are asking every newcomer to leave a nice review on the company. Sooner or later, you will get fired for any reason. How to get depressed: When you decide to change your stable job on an opportunity to work in innoscripta GmbH, you quickly realize that all those nice reviews from current employees with a single approval from an HR are misleading. When you see that the person who interviewed you has just been fired, and you are assigned to his last job task, you get goosebumps. When you face the same problems which faced that person and can't solve them even with over hours, you get your first nervous breakdown. After that, you feel that it's your fault, you should not have switched the job. You get depressed.

Pros

High salary, awesome office and benefits, very cool team, a lot good technologies, interesting tasks and opportunities for growth and learning

Cons

A very strict reporting system and the need to show results as soon as possible begins to poison your brain over time, and you work with the idea that if you don't do well, you will be fired. It is impossible to make a quality product under these conditions. People with a lot of experience who have already solved such problems could satisfy the CEO, but he is not willing to pay that much money to new people. Here the result is needed "today and cheap", I can perfectly understand the CEO from this side, but in the end it translates into endless pressure on the developers, which leads to their depression, burnout, which leads to low-quality code and firing.
