I have never worked in such a disorganised mess of a company that have such a disregard for their employees. The "bootcamp" in the first month is beyond hell, with only about 20% of people actually keeping their jobs at the end of the month.
I was fortunate to make it through to that 20% but the crazy pressure that you could lose your job at any point, every single day, was insane. Nobody in pre-sales seems to stay more than 6 months apart from a small core group who seem to stick it out purely for the money, at the detriment of their mental health.
My perspective is that pre-sales managers generate all the leads for the more senior sales team, who then close the deals and take all the commission, as the pre-sale manager who generated the lead has either been fired or has left.
The company preys on young graduates who need a job and are attracted by the promise of earning lots. Please do not be swayed by these promised benefits as I was and avoid this company.
