Pros
This is the first place I've ever worked at where each employee makes their rounds, greeting each other with a fist bump and "good morning". It's a positive way to start the day. Everyone here is willing to teach and help each other. This is truly a team setting. The free snacks and refreshments in the break area are great too!
Cons
It's hard for me to find a con working here.... Seriously. I'm just writing in this box because it's required to leave a 20 word minimum. Sometimes, we fight over the thermostat temperature, but that's it.

We're all a very close family here and I love it! Everyone looks after one another. Great support from everyone. Very optimistic work environment!

I don't have any cons. I love it here! Seriously the best company that I've worked for.
