      Pros

      Well they don't ask for your degree, so anyone who has bare minimum skills can join this organization.

      Cons

      There is no culture in organization of Iplex The business model which is being followed in Iplex is unethical, falsifying your identity( you have to be Ali Muhammad or Syed Akhtar) which is alarming! No employee recognition. They only use you for minimum period of time. No long term planning for the betterment of employees(Zero Career planning) Extreme nepotism
