      No pros here.. Growth will stop..

      Here, if you can do buttering very well.. you are good, otherwise no opportunity...Your efforts will never gonna be recognized by Mr. Sudhanshu Kumar..... He is just good in big lectures & that's all.. Company is running on words only which they deny after sometime by themselves. they will create new rules everyday..
