Pros

Nice offices (though, open spaces) Initially, nice project(s) Know how to sell themselves (in and outside the company) Free tea & coffea

Cons

_ Not a healthy environment (ex: pressure, no recognition, manipulation,...) _ Poor Management skills _ Not honest _ Brainwashed + pressure for seeming as a great place to work (people know it) _ Pushed to give good reviews of company (such on this website) _ Gives you the impression YOU are the problem (even if they call you Geniuses, in reference to the first logo) It's said you have to innovate and suggest things - as long as it's not better than what management thinks since it would be negative for them _ I saw so many people there who regretted being duped into joining the company _ The positives feedback are from people wanting to live and stay in Nantes (thus have not that much options) and junior profiles - why do you think there are not that many people above 30/35.....?

Pros

- You learn a ton, especially if this is your first job - Great seminars and team events - An awesome product, one I've enjoyed selling the most so far in my sales career

Cons

- Salary is a joke, especially when you ask for a raise. Negotiate a high salary when you go in, not going to up afterwards - Poor recognition of work - CEO thinks he is above everyone else after raising so much money **Reminder here, the employees/talents are the ones that made it possible**

Pros

- Great atmosphere in the Nantes office (small French city of the HQ) , people over there are very close and it's pretty fun to work there. Even if people in Nantes are saying now, that the atmosphere is way less friendly than 1 or 2 years back in the days, i think personally when i used to get there, it was very cool and chill to work in the HQ. - Great ambition, becoming n°1 in the world of conversational marketing. - Great ideas, great vision of the CEO. - People really feel to be part of a great project. - Great parties, very cool to be in Nantes almost once a quarter.

Cons

- International teams are totally let on their own by the headquarter. From the onboarding to your last days. - Managers in general are very juniors, and not even convinced by the success of the company. So, it's hard to be motivated by them. - CEO is a true visionary, but once again, management don't give to their teams all the messages from him. - wages are pretty low, but it's a former start-up, so nothing critical, but more important, a lot of inequalities within the teams. - If you're no manager, pretty much impossible the CEO will get your ideas for the company. - very few possibilities to get promoted. - too many VPs, too many managers, the information though is very slow to get to the teams. - Some times difficult to be on the phone, or to focus on your own work, because of the noise and people laughing together (especially in the HQ).
