      TOXIC AND DISHONEST, AVOID

      - 1-day per week work policy - Good office location in London

      Cons

      - Chaotic, highly pressurised and 0 work-life balance. Crazy late hours under pressured deadlines are the norm - Management are dishonest, toxic and focus just on profits - Management fired a ton of people lately to cover their incompetent decisions and make more money, but it massively backfired and the company is in financial ruin - This company is unstable and management don't do anything to create a positive culture for employees but instead threaten then non-stop with redundancies

      Really interesting work and a lot of trust and autonomy. Staff culture is also really good. People are bright and support each other.
