- Great for experience - Had Fun using Azure - The Job tools were easy to use
Cons
-Its a 24/7 work environment -Overtime is the same pay as you are getting hourly -They can't keep their promises -Its high stress environment - I saw their recent job position, they lowered the pay to 30k to 40k for Systems Engineer. - A lot of onboarding training - Its a trial and error environment. Don't be surprised if you get in trouble for something you don't know how to do and they know they haven't trained you.

You will learn a lot because of all of the tools. Because the team is constantly stretched thin you are constantly in the thick of it. Some senior members will stay online late to provide guidance.
Cons
Inexperienced team. Constant turn over. Horrible training program. The owner is an absolute lunatic. Doesn’t care for employees or his clients.
