1. You must have to sign a 2 - 3 years of company employment agreement. 2. You must have to submit any one of your original academic certificate. 3. No job security. 4. There are CCTV cameras each & every corner of the office. They will be watching you 24x7. 5. Formal dress & shoes are mandatory. Treat you like a school student. 6. No laptops, only desktop systems. 7. Worst micro management. 8. Usually they say the timings are 10 - 7. They will force you to work for more than 10 hours/day. 9. They will track your screen monitor using an online software which will take screenshots of your computer screen every 10 minutes. Your pay is depend on this software only. You must have to track at least 9.30 - 10 hours/day, failing so will affect your salary & they don't even notify you about this deduction. 10. They will torture the freshers like slaves. 11 Very poor project management & deliveries. 12. No big projects. Most of the projects are local Indian clients. 13. They will not allow you learn new techs. 14. They don't pay us on time. You will get your salary only after 10th of every month. They will deduct your salary without any prior notice to you. You should have to request them after credited. 15. 95% of the employees are freshers. Most of the seniors have been resigned & some of them are terminated without giving proper notice. 16. They will terminate you at anytime without serving notice period even if you have signed agreement or even if you are willing to continue. 17. There were around 300 - 400 employees working on this company, But now only 20 - 30 employees are currently working & most of them are freshers. 18. Very worst CEO & Directors. They casually asks employees to resign immediately without any hesitation. NEVER EVER LOOK AT THIS COMPANY. MOST OF THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE ONES.

If an employee raises a query, they will isolate them and put pressure on the work and terminate the employee. 7. Fake promises in the interview, that too they are not HR graduates, they simply collect resumes and inform general instructions. 8. 3 Months notice period. 9. No sick leaves, no casual leaves. Yearly Holiday leave is 6 days.
