- I was let go without any warning or consent, I came to work on a normal day and was handed a letter and asked to leave. They did this 1 month away from being 12 months in the company so they knew I would not legally have a unfair dismissal case as I was not there 12 months. (Felt like it was all planned) -NO TRAINING was provided. I was just thrown into the deep end(which didnt bother me) but others were fired as they never caught on as quick. - Element of clicks present within the company. You were left feeling judged and felt like an outsider if you were not in this click. They went for lunches together, had private meetings together etc And if you mentioned anything bad about this click your job was on the line. - Worked overtime and at home till 2am at times with no thanks or notice of my work. -Lack of community in the company, nobody felt there job was safe. -While i was there 10 people came and went by firing for offenses usually made up by management. - You are told there is opportunity to succeed and grow in the company which never happens. -Never given any more responsibility or given a chance to show what your able for. -You start in the company thinking its a brilliant environment but it all changes within a week. -Management are very sexist, plus HR is the CEO niece which makes everything a whole lot more difficult if you have an issue in the company which was often. -Your views and suggestions are always shot down by management. -A lot of favoritism going on within the company. -Favorites were sent abroad on numerous occasions for business with no chance of other staff receiving the same offer. -Overall had a bad experience working here and would not recommend. The only thing I received from Xsellco was some more experience on my CV
