      Pros

      The development culture is very healthy, seniors know the platforms by heart, they are there from the beginning. The seniors are very happy to help the juniors, the teams are very strong and tight together. The clients are also respected and this is spread across the internal culture.

      Cons

      Sometimes the top management can shift direction abruptly and can take you by surprise.
