Pros
Medium sized company quickly growing with a varied offer of B2B IT services. Impressive is the company colture which emphasises collaboration and welfare over sheer productivity. The working environment is relaxed and friendly, minimally competitive, yet professional and disciplined. There's much respect for personal life and no push to do more than agreed (eg: unpaid overtime).
Cons
The small provincial town it works in may not offer options for expansion much longer.

- Pretty low salary, no bonuses - Project organization can be improved - Project responsabilities not well-defined - Weak business model (often reliant on few big customers)
