      Advanced battery Technology experience, but toxic culture with no recognition or growth

      Pros

      Opportunity to observe battery R&D work and cleanroom operations A few engineers and scientists are smart, kind, and open to help if you take initiative.

      Cons

      Toxic work culture with strong favoritism and cliques, often based on personal background Poor management with no interest in technician development Technicians are kept in repetitive roles with no path to learn or advance Even major accomplishments or extra efforts go completely unrecognized Your skills, performance, and contributions are often ignored you're treated as replaceable

      Pros

      SOME good coworkers, free snacks if you get there early.

      Cons

      There’s a few engineers that could not separate their egos/emotions from the work. So you have to deal with their snarkyness. There is a lack of training, order, and safety. Alot of people are unhappy working there and I do not recommend.

      The company is putting in infrastructure, growing staff and gearing up for growth. If you like to bring a company to the next level this is definitely the place for you. It's a good time to be here and make your mark.

      As is typically at our stage there are growing pains. It might not be for those who don't like change.
