Pros

The work is hybrid and usually comfortable. Chance to meet many types of subjects and clients. The company employment policy is in favor of 40-50 years old

Cons

There is no organized training - you need to teach yourself. Salary is low and not many team events, if any. Management is not always skilled and not trained to be proper mentoring managers. HR are not fair

Pros

a good start for junior developers

Cons

Corporation nightmare, you are basically a screw in a very big tool box, reflected in the management treatment to your professional requests, and in your salary.

Pros

Good Work-Life Balance: The only real upside here is the balance between home and work.

Cons

Toxic Management: The culture is extremely toxic. Management doesn't care about the employees; you are viewed merely as a "cog in the machine" rather than a human being. Zero Job Security: I never felt safe. As soon as a project ends, the insecurity kicks in immediately. It doesn't matter if you are a top performer giving 1,000%—if you are currently unassigned, you are out. Performance creates no safety net here. Mediocrity is Encouraged: They actively discourage initiative. If you try to "enlarge your head" (take ownership/initiative), you risk finding yourself out the door. They prefer employees who keep their heads down and do the bare minimum. Poor Compensation: Salary stagnation is the norm. Raises are almost non-existent (maybe once during a long tenure), and don't expect any bonuses or rewards, even if you deserve them. Sub-par Benefits: They don't invest in employee welfare (poor holiday gifts, etc.). Meal allowances are given only for days you are physically in the office, and the Education Fund (Keren Hishtalmut) only starts from the second year—which is far below the industry standard.

Very bad, but not the worst

Pros

* Fairly easy to get hired - if its a bad time for the market or you lack experience and having a hard time getting a job - its better than nothing. * Offices are quite nice. * You work for other companies so you might create ties in those other companies and move there in the future. * While their projects are often the things other companies dont want to deal with (but not always), those are actual projects with a job to be done, and definitely more interesting than maintenance or legacy project jobs.

Cons

* Deceptive job descriptions - they will describe the job however they like, both at the job description and at the interviewing process. But the actual job could be completely different, be it the actual thing you are building, the team composition, the working conditions. Be warned. * They count your working hours to the minute. Your salary will be reduced if you didnt work enough hours. Very not typical for high tech companies. * A lot of pointless meetings. Inefficient management. * Zero transparency about the state of things. * Only give you like 24 hours to sign the contract once you receive it. * Disorganized management and priorities.

Pros

Amazing offices, amazing HR, beneficial compensation pack

Cons

The company had a very top-down management culture, where employees often felt undervalued and overlooked. After completing the training period, the commission structure was significantly reduced — by over 50% — to under ₪3,000 per month, and even that was conditional on the entire division meeting targets. It created an unhealthy dynamic where individual success was disconnected from personal performance and where motivation suffered as a result. I believe in environments that empower employees rather than diminish them
