      Unnessary Overtime happen everyday.

      colleagues are nice. average salary amoung industry.

      Cons

      2 hours overtime per day without pay is a norm. nothing to do before 5 pm but superior assign urgent task to me after 5 pm often. no bonus. you need to pay for your own overtime meal.
