Pros

Free lunches - not a pro really. Get a home made lunchbox instead. You'll save yourself all the additional rounds to the doctor Free counselling on how to lie your life. Basically, how to be at office more than to enjoy your life outside of work Alright company for freshers who want a 1 year experience before Masters

Cons

The latest reviews put on Glassdoor where everyone's going gaga for the dataops team, did the management ask you to put it all, to get the ratings up? Guys, you call yourself a data team - dont you realize that putting wrong great reviews on the same day will arouse suspicion from the actual job hunting candidates out there. The same guys who've given 4 & 5 stars will give a 1 star post their resignation - once they get the real experience of what the real culture in Pune office is. No stability. The appraisal cycle isnt that frequent as much as the dept name changes. People who come here to improvise their skills with respect to "data", they dont do anything related to data analytics. Seniors want to show how powerful they are and everybody is their puppet. They reflect the experience they've had from their seniors which shows that the senior most management folks are the real thread pullers and everybody dances away to their tunes. A real narcissist group of people to work with, no balance. They think they are doing life-saving jobs and nobody can do it better. Reality is that all the unimportant work is done here, while everything important is done at the HQ.

Pros

- Fully remote work and opportunity to move to different states/countries - Great colleagues

Cons

- Poor work life balance for engineers. It's not uncommon to see people commiting very late into the night. This is a personal experience from mine but I faced heavy and constant discrimination from my manager and his manager in the most recent part of my tenure. As a person of color this is something that I find very important to fight when it's present. When I brought this to the attention of my superiors they shut me out of the conversation and came back saying they found no evidence of discrimination without even working with me throughout the process. To make matters worse, my manager's manager was part of the group trying to figure out if discrimination had happened. I don't know how common this is in other departments but if you're someone who cares about DE&I I'd suggest treading a light foot around this company.

Pros

Health insurance but that’s it

Cons

This place went downhill. I started two years and during that first couple of months it was nice, flexible and had a good staff. Recently a LOT of good leaders left and they made too many changes. This is a CALL CENTER position. Since so many people left, queues have been awful and there are little to no chance of breathing. You are chained to your desk. Your day is scheduled to a tee even the breaks you take and if you go over the allotted time you will get in trouble. If you take breaks your manager will reprimand you, if you don’t upsell products your manager will reprimand you. People lie about outages to avoid taking calls, I’ve seen others turn off their mics to avoid taking calls or being next in the queues. Team leads who are not diverse at all have favorites and will put them off the phones. There are no opportunities to move up. They got rid of any promotions beyond a “senior” which is just the same call center duties. You start at $19/hr and after two years it went to $21.93 despite being a top performer and it was only due to “market increase”. There are no remote benefits. You don’t make a livable wage unless you are working overtime and will get no recognition. Team leads hate doing their jobs and will let providers scream at the employees without support. Counting the days until I find a new position. This place drains my mental health and I can’t wait to leave.
