      Pros

      They had some great talent.

      Cons

      The company is out of business because the owner was a criminal and the CEO was a complete imbecile. Between the two of them, they squandered all the great talent they had around them. Really Sad.

      Pros

      None at tall, none worth writing about. Very alarming when favoritism is obvious. Some supervisors were very dedicated but most were not

      Cons

      Owner was not motivated to help employees. Management had right intentions but never placed employees first. Money and number driven.
