Salary received on time, probably only because it's required by law.
Cons
They don't care about you and act as if they own you. They pay you the least possible amount while charging the client the max possible amount so you have to work worth a huge amount and get paid in crumbs. No holidays. No concern for your well being and unhelpful when they can easily help you. Threaten legal action and huge fees if you want to resign. Just not nice, they try to be manipulative and squeeze your salary in every which way they'll pay you nothing if they could and keep all the money from the client. Trying to reduce your due and reduce holidays and reduce everything even at contract renewal to increase their profit. No appreciation for working above and beyond and impressing the client. Only looking to profit off you, work here if you're desperate for a buck.
