Pros

If you're close to management they treat you like "family".

Cons

If you don't schmooze up to management, you're expandable. Gotta sound like a tech bro to fit in. No one on the tech side knows what they're doing. Marketing can barely hit their own KPIs. Zero EQ on management side. Hiring practices are nepotic at best. Showrunners are incompetent while ground staff are covering up their mistakes.

Seriously do not work here

Pros

Location is near the mrt.

Cons

CEO hires his own friends and lays off other workers. Seriously, who needs this nonsense. Waking up in the morning fearing for your own job because your boss wants to replace you with a FRIEND?! Do not work here. No amount of good colleagues or people or great snacks in the pantry is worth the stress and mental turmoil that management might put you through because of their poor handling of budget cuts. A day in the life of a Zenith employer: One day you wake up thinking that its going to be just another normal day at work and you get laid off because CEO wants to hire a friend (no interview process btw).

Pros

The pay is good—at least, that’s the promise—but only if you hit the necessary targets (not easy to hit hello, what's the point of setting if you don't intend to hit?) The workplace vibe is fun, with plenty of Gen Z energy. If you’re close to them, you’ll fit in well. but if you are not close to them? If you’re ready to put in long hours and hustle non-stop, this place might be worth considering.

Cons

You’re doing everything—prepping lessons, teaching, dealing with parents, and trying to connect with students—feels like you’re juggling 4-5 roles at once. There’s zero work-life balance. No clear lines between work and personal life. Both weekends are gone, and there’s not much time left to just live. It feels like you’re trading your entire life for a paycheck. Sure, the money’s decent, but is it really worth it? They’re ALWAYS hiring and even throwing "money" at tutors—sounds like a revolving door situation. Makes you wonder what’s really going on behind the scenes. The management seems immature, with young leadership that might not fully know how to handle things. If you’re not in their inner circle of “friends,” you might feel like an outsider. There’s no job security. Staff seem disposable, like you’re replaceable at any moment. Not exactly comforting. Honestly, it doesn’t sound like a sustainable or rewarding gig long-term. Might be time to look at options where your effort and well-being are equally valued.
