No Pros. Only cons,. They change company name whenever they get in to any legal issue with customers.
Cons
This is not a startup. This is mafia. No work life balance. Top management is worst of all. They dont care customer satisfaction or even employee satisfaction. Low salaries. Zero perks. No fun, only work. Worst infrastructure. Nobody care about your life or even your career and promotions. They are running company in a garage. Management cares nothing except deceieving customers and getting business. Zero coordination and help between teams. Worst part is very less employee retention rate
