Poor compensation, commissions promised but most people get fired or quit before eligible to get paid out....”everyone gets fired.” No training, you get handed login info and you just have to figure it out. Just a guinea pig, nobody has any clue what’s going on. You ask a question and everyone gives you a different answer. All about submission numbers instead of methodologies. Every week they change the set up and structure of company and by end of next day nobody enforces any changes that were just put in place. As well as forcing employees to transfer and work under other entities they own.
