      It super early stage so there is a lot of things to do and room to grow. Healthy work-life balance

      Cons

      Sometimes it feels the only thing thats there is flexible timings, people show up whenever they want. Some people are celebrated a lot leading to them building up ego and dismissing if anyone disagrees.
