Used to be a great company. Not anymore since AMPOL took over.
Cons
AMPOL have turned Z into a corporate hell. Z used to have a wonderful culture and was a great place to work. AMPOL have started restructuring in a ruthless way, imposing their toxic culture into the company and cutting staff in an underhanded way. They do not care about their employees . Alongside a disregard for customers and the company’s NZ first focus it is turning into a sad shadow of its former self. Z will not exist in the next 5 years it will become AMPOL in NZ. Sad to see the loss of a once iconic NZ company. Steer clear if you value job security.
