      I need out ASAP

      Pros

      I over heard some of the upper management discussing a coworkers sexual orientation in the bathroom, while I was in the stall. I haven't said anything yet, but I plan on it. I can't stand people like that.

      Cons

      Clearly people cannot mind their own business. Gay marriage is legal across the USA now and we still have people making fun of others for it! People that I used to look up to, making fun of their peers. I won't stand for it and I hope when I release this information to HR, action is taken promptly.

      Pros

      The technology is extremely powerful - for ecommerce. Outside of that that there are significant challenges.

      Cons

      The story was great, the opportunity was there but the strategic, cohesive vision of the company direction was mismanaged and ultimately lead to its demise. If you're looking for opportunity, growth, culture, and $ then you will need to look elsewhere.

      Do not be failed by fake 5 star reviews

      At this time, I do not have any pros to share for this company. Do not believe all of the fake 5 star reviews that are being written, it's the same person over and over again.

      Cons

      Leadership and management is all over the employees. Nobody enjoys coming to work. You are micromanaged by management and then threatened. They have been firing people to try to scare us. I speak for not only myself but about 80% of the employees as it is a mutual consensus between us that THIS PLACE SUCKS! We hate coming to work everyday because its miserable. I have worked in other sales companies, even with the same amount of employees, and never experienced anything this bad. I am sure they will respond with "these are typical pains for fast growing start ups". YA RIGHT. GET REAL. People are writing these negative reviews because it ACTUALLY sucks. DO NOT WORK HERE. Read article under this titled "save yourself", that's an actual real review, DONT BE FOOLED BY FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS

      If you are in fact a current employee, we implore you to speak to HR, sales management or Ari about any and all concerns. We have been diligently working over the last few months to strengthen the management team and put the right people in place to provide a nurturing and rewarding experience for all employees. It's not to anyone's benefit to have unsatisfied employees. We're a small company, so there's no way we can succeed unless everyone is happy and on the same page. Any specific advice or policies that you feel could be changed would be extremely welcome; we are listening & take all comments seriously. Please raise your concerns through the proper channels so we can work together towards a solution.
