Management has no clue on how to run a business and treat the employees. No respect. They expect us to stay late almost every day with no recognition.

Basically, you don't have voice. You are just a number, a machine, just do what asked for, without asking anything back. Lack of everything, processes, transparency, you do the same thing twice or three times because they don't plan properly. The CEO doesn't have any experience to have a company. He do one thing and say another, being disrespectful with his customers and employees, on the edge of being unethical at all. A lot of finger pointing on company's channel, so, I really do not recommend it to anyone.
