In addition the work schedule is flexible and the PTO offerings are fantastic. The team is full of bright and helpful peers with years of experience, I was able to learn and grow within this company and there were clear paths and opportunities for promotion/financial gain. Of all the places I have worked Xtivia has great diversity and culture, the environment is very different from other tech companies I have worked with due to the number of diverse team members with unique backgrounds.
